Inghams

We believe in the power of research to make informed decisions about future brand strategy. Our research programmes include online surveys, consumer focus groups and inhouse workshops. We work collaboratively with our clients to develop the appropriate research mechanisms that provide key consumer and staff insights that enable business decisions.

The project with Inghams started with talking to all of their staff at head office and in resort and assimilating information on internal brand perception. This was followed with travel agent and consumer research.

Internal workshops then enabled the development of the definition of the brand going forward and these insights became the basis of corporate identity development.
